Click "Start Loan"
From the portal home screen, click the Start Loan icon at the top of the page.
Choose Your Upload Method
Select FNMA 3.2/3.4 file upload (recommended), manual entry, or basic registration for bank statement review.
Designate Loan Purpose
Select Consumer Purpose or Business Purpose, then upload or drag-and-drop your FNMA file. Missing fields highlighted in red.
Complete Originator Info
Enter your estimated closing date and interview date. Save before continuing.
Use the FNMA 3.2/3.4 file whenever possible β it pre-populates the application and reduces errors from manual entry.
Import Credit & Accept Findings
Import the credit report. Once loaded, click "Accept These Findings and Continue" then click OK.
Select Product & Get Pricing
Choose your product. Select a lock period and click "Get Pricing." If a product shows "Ineligible," click it to see which loan parameters don't meet guidelines.
Choose Your Rate
Click your all-in price. A snapshot shows the base price and all LLPAs included. Click Continue.
Register the Loan
Fill in all fields on the Register Loan tab, including vesting type and broker comp. Click "Register" to complete.
